Wearables and integrations

Connect a wearable and most of your Sleep and Exercise logging happens automatically.

What syncs automatically

Once connected, a wearable can feed THE FAD directly: sleep duration and stages, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, steps and workouts — removing most of the manual Sleep and Exercise logging entirely.

What still needs a quick log

Food and alcohol aren't something a wearable can see, so those stay manually logged (or photo-logged). Stress and lifestyle inputs are a mix — some wearables estimate stress from HRV, but a quick subjective check-in is still valuable alongside it.

Data stays yours

Connected wearable data is used only to calculate your own FAD Score and trends — see our Privacy Policy for full detail on how it's handled.

Rolling out progressively. Integrations are prioritised by how many people connect each device — let us know which one you use via the waitlist.
