One simple goal: get your 7-day rolling average lower than last week's. Here's how it works.

Log a normal week with no changes. This becomes the average you're trying to beat.
Don't overhaul everything — choose one pillar (usually Sleep or Food) to focus on for the week.
Watch your 7-day average, not individual days. The challenge is won or lost on the trend.
A single great or terrible day doesn't tell you much. The Weekly Challenge is built entirely around the rolling average because that's what THE FAD Score is designed to reward — steady, sustainable patterns over any one perfect day.
Programs like 75 Hard are built on all-or-nothing rules — miss one requirement on any single day, and you start over from day one. That approach works for some people as a short, intense reset, but it's the opposite of what THE FAD is trying to do. There's no restart button here: one rough day nudges your average slightly and you carry on, because that's how real, sustainable habits actually work.
In the app, you'll be able to opt in to share your weekly average with friends or a small group doing the challenge alongside you — purely optional, and nothing is shared unless you choose to.
