Why a little upfront prep does more for your Food score than any amount of willpower.

Meal prepping has a reputation for being about willpower and discipline. It's really about removing decisions from the moments you're least equipped to make good ones — tired, hungry, and thirty seconds from the delivery app.
You don't need seven identical containers of chicken and broccoli. A prepped batch of a fibre-rich base (grains, legumes) and a couple of roasted vegetable trays gives you the building blocks for several different meals across the week, which does more for variety — and therefore your Food score — than eating the same single meal on repeat.
If a full prep session isn't realistic, even one task — pre-washing and chopping vegetables, or cooking a batch of a grain or legume — removes enough friction to change what you reach for on a busy Tuesday night.
The goal isn't a perfect system. It's making the lower-inflammation choice the easier one, at least some of the time.
